It is a collaborative nine-step process: (1) Inquiry, (2) Initial Consultation, (3) Agreement & Deposit, (4) Expert Sourcing & Curation, (5) Optional 3D Design, (6) Final Selection & Customization, (7) Order Confirmation, (8) Production & Logistics, and (9) Onsite Delivery. 

The standard lead time for production and logistics is 6–8 weeks. 

An initial $500 non-refundable deposit is required to kick off the project. For product orders, the first installment is 30% of the total value before production, and the remaining 70% is due upon provision of the Bill of Lading (BOL). 

Haus Insider uses a tier-based service fee model based on the furniture cost 

• Signature ($5,000 – $9,999): 20% service fee. 

• Estate ($10,000 – $30,000): 15% service fee. 

• Grand Insider ($30,000+): 10% service fee. 

Because all items are "Make-to-Order" and custom-made, all sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. 

The company warrants 30 days on products and logistics. A manufacturer warranty covers replacement or exchange for manufacturing defects, with logistics costs for such replacements also covered. 

Haus Insider performs detailed quality assurance (QA) services at the manufacturer's facility prior to shipping to ensure color, size, and materials strictly match the order specifications.
