This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is effective upon the date of signature between the Signee ("Client") and Haus Insider ("Service Provider"). By signing this document, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Haus Insider agrees to perform the following:
Consultation & Communication: Facilitate communication between manufacturing and design teams based on the Client's specific inquiry.
Vendor Sourcing: Provide detailed selections through our vendor network to match the Client's style and budget.
Visualization: Coordinate pictures and samples for visualization and negotiate pricing on the Client’s behalf.
Material Selection: Once a design is chosen, the Service Provider will provide close-up photos of material and color samples. Physical samples may be sent via mail, subject to availability.
2. Sourcing Process
Selection Rounds: For each item, Haus Insider will pre-select 2–3 vendors. If the Client is unsatisfied, a second round of sourcing will be provided, up to a total limit of 5 vendors per item.
Customization: Furniture customization is subject to the manufacturing facility's specific capabilities.
3. Deposits and Refunds
Project Kick-off: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
Cancellation Policy: If Haus Insider has delivered selection choices (up to 5 per item), the $500.00 deposit remains non-refundable should the Client choose not to proceed.
Haus Insider reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time at its sole discretion.
4. Selection and Fulfillment
Upon product confirmation, the next steps will include the execution of an Order Form and a Delivery Contract.
5. Payment Terms
Collection: Payment is due on the day the contracts are signed.
Payment Methods: Accepted via Zelle (QR code) or Square (QR code) or cashier check.
Credit Card Surcharge: A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
